Ellen graduated from Marymount Manhattan College summa cum laude in 1980. She was originally licensed in real estate in Northern Virginia in 1988. Ellen is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate REALTOR Institute (GRI), and is currently licensed as a Broker Associate in Georgia. Her primary focus is successfully handling all aspects of residential real estate, relocation and buyer's agency. Ellen is a "Lifetime Member" of the Atlanta Board of REALTOR'sŪ Multi Million Dollar Club. Ellen is also a holder of the REMAX Hall of Fame Club, and Platinum Club, and holds the Atlanta Board of REALTORS Phoenix Award .

James attended SUNY Buffalo. He was originally licensed in New York State in 1978, and has also been licensed in Maryland and Virginia. James has a background in contract negotiations, arbitrations and lobbying. He is currently licensed as a Broker Associate in Georgia. Jim is also a frequent speaker at real estate conventions. He has spoken at the REMAX convention in Nashville (February 1997), and Orlando 99. He has also aired on two recent television interviews.
Jim is also an acclaimed speaker on INTERNET networking and marketing. His marketing ideas have been published and quoted regularly in trade publications. He has been interviewed on luxury gated homes by CNN News, and many other press and media for his real estate market knowledge. James Crawford is a also a charter member of the e-PRO 500, and CyberProfessionals! Jim is also know nationally in the real estate industry for his regular real estate columns in RealtyTimes.Com. He is also a regular real estate speaker, holds real estate seminars, and is a real estate trainer for real estate agents and brokerage companies across the US! Jim recently was a featured speaker at the National Association for Realtors convention in Orlando Florida in November of 2004, and spoke most recently at the Wisconsin Realtor convention in September 2005.
Ellen and Jim work as a team. We are happily married for twenty six years and have two boys attending college. We constantly strive for the highest standards. We are both Broker Associates, and are also Accredited Buyer's Representatives (ABR.)
